Software Built Around Your Business

Every company's process is different, and a ready-made CRM or admin panel is usually either too much or missing the one thing you actually need. We listen to the process and build the software around it — you own the code, and you do not pay per user licences.

Custom CRM Software

When you need itQuotes live in spreadsheets, the history of a conversation lives in somebody's head, and when a salesperson leaves the customer knowledge leaves with them.

Off-the-shelf CRMs are usually either too much for a company or missing exactly the field you need. We move your customer, quote and sales process into a system that speaks your own terminology.

What it covers
  • Customer records and interaction history
  • Quote and order tracking with approval flows
  • Sales pipeline and target tracking
  • User roles and permission levels

Business Process Automation

When you need itApprovals happen in WhatsApp groups, nobody can say who approved what and when, and two people end up tracking the same job separately.

Processes currently running across spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and email get connected into a single flow — one the system remembers, records and reports on instead of a person chasing it.

What it covers
  • Approval and work order flows
  • Task assignment and automatic reminders
  • Document and file management
  • Process-level performance reporting

Stock, Orders and Field Operations

When you need itThe real stock in the warehouse does not match the number in the system, the field team phones the office with updates, and a dispatch's location is only known when someone asks.

Operations software that puts the warehouse, dispatch and field team on the same screen. The person on site enters it on mobile, the office sees it immediately.

What it covers
  • Stock, warehouse and transfer tracking
  • Order and dispatch management
  • Mobile access for field and sales teams
  • Barcode and handheld terminal support

ERP and System Integrations

When you need itYou enter the same data once into accounting and again into your own software, and the gap between the two systems is reconciled by hand every month.

We make your existing accounting, ERP or e-invoice system talk to the new one without replacing it. Data gets entered once instead of separately in two places.

What it covers
  • Accounting and pre-accounting connections
  • E-invoice and e-dispatch flows
  • Marketplace and supplier data transfer
  • API and webhook based synchronisation

B2B Dealer and Client Portal

When you need itDealer orders arrive by phone and WhatsApp, the balance question reaches accounting every day, and each dealer's price list is sent out manually.

A closed portal where your dealers and corporate clients place their own orders and see their account status. The burden of taking orders by phone disappears.

What it covers
  • Dealer-specific price lists and discounts
  • Account statement and balance visibility
  • Order history and repeat ordering
  • Per-dealer permissions and credit limits

Management Dashboard and Reporting

When you need itWhenever a management report is requested somebody has to sit down and build the table by hand, and decisions get made on instinct rather than data.

Data accumulating in a system is worthless if nobody uses it to decide anything. We build dashboards where a manager sees the position on one screen.

What it covers
  • Summary dashboard
  • Sales, collections and stock reports
  • Excel/PDF export
  • Role-based report access

Pitch Booking and Payment System

Atakent 34 Futbol — Küçükçekmece, Istanbul

The problem

Pitch rental was handled entirely by phone and WhatsApp, hour by hour. There was a real risk of promising the same slot to two different people, requests arriving outside working hours were lost, and payment could only be collected once the customer arrived at the facility.

What we built

We built a booking system that mirrors how the facility actually operates: day selection, an hourly slot calendar, live availability, and online payment taken at the moment of booking. Trial-session applications for the football school and goalkeeper academy run through the same flow.

Outcome

  • Bookings are taken from 08:00 to 24:00 without depending on the phone
  • Availability updates the moment a slot is picked; double bookings are gone
  • Payment is collected at booking, not at the facility
  • Football school applications land in the same system, with no separate list
  • Mobile-first interface: most bookings are made from a phone

Off-the-Shelf Product or Software Built for You?

Either can be the right answer; which one it is depends on your process, not on principle. Seven things worth comparing before deciding:

How a Software Project Runs

We work in sprints: visible progress every one to two weeks. Instead of one large surprise delivery, you get an iterative flow with continuous feedback and room to change direction.

01

Requirements Analysis

We analyse your processes, existing systems and goals together, and answer two questions plainly: which problem are we solving, and how will success be measured.

02

Architecture and Technical Choices

Technology and architecture are chosen based on project size, your expected growth and your technical resources. We do not add complexity for its own sake.

03

Development and Continuous Testing

Sprint-based development means visible progress every one to two weeks. Critical flows get automated tests so the code can be changed safely later.

04

Launch and Maintenance

Two years of free support after go-live is standard: bug fixes and technical support are on us for that period. Beyond that we offer monthly maintenance or support on request.

How Long Does It Take, and What Sets the Scope?

Timelines depend on project size; the bands below are the real range across what we have delivered. Budget follows the same drivers, so a firm figure comes once scope is clear.

1-2 months

Small

One process, one team: an admin panel, a booking or tracking module

2-3 months

Mid-size

Multiple roles and permissions: custom CRM, B2B dealer portal, field operations

3-6 months

Large

Multi-tenant SaaS, subscription and billing layer, broad integration

What drives the timeline and the scope

  • How many user roles and permission levels there will be
  • How many external systems it must talk to (accounting, ERP, e-invoicing, marketplaces)
  • Whether existing data has to be migrated, and how scattered it is
  • Whether it will be used in the field on mobile
  • How deep the reporting and export requirements go

We work through these five together in the first call. The feasibility assessment and the timeline are the output of that call, and it is free.
